Detailed Description

emacs: this is -*- c++ -*-

  Actually this class combines *fetching* the tracks in the Roi 
  and *selecting* the tracks in the Roi when it should just do the 
  selection - the fetching is more properly done in the 
  TrackAnalysisCollections class which fetches everything else
